All sales of used vehicles are final, and they are sold as is, no refunds issued once the vehicle is sold. We will ensure to give you utmost quality and service between the entire process of transferring the car to you, including a 7 to 10 day return period. If you purchase a product for service or a vehicle that is still under warranty by the dealer, then returns and services will refer to the policy of the manufacturer.Refunds may also take 7 to 10 days to process.
Service Return Policy
All our service at Carniba is handled by certified technicians that are trained. If you are not satisfied with the quality, please let us know and we will help right away. Unless there are no defects with the products used, we will file a claim with the product(s) warranty or replace policy.
Product Return Policy
If you bought an item that is required for service of your car and it is damaged while shipping or dead upon arrival, please send the product(s) directly to our office indicated on the website. If there is no warranty card, please check the user manual or product packaging for if there is a warranty more details. For a prompt warranty claim kindly include all the accessories, information included in packaging and proof of purchase from Carniba Limited (invoice).

Bank Deposit
The bank account details provided must be correct. The account must be active and should hold some balance. Refunds may take 7 to 10 days to process.
Debit Card or Credit Card
If the refunded amount is not reflected in your card statement after the refund is completed and you have received a notification by Carniba Limited, please contact your personal bank. Refunds may take 7 to 10 days to process.
BKash / Nagad Mobile Wallet
Like bank deposits, the amount will be refunded to the same mobile account details which you inserted at the time of payment. Refunds may take 7 to 10 days to process.
